TLC Professional Services

We now offer our CDA courses in an online format, and accept EIP funding!  Additionally, we are in the process of obtaining New York State approval for our distance learning webinars, which will allow us to accept state grant/scholarship funding for course tuition, and will ensure that our web-based training hours are accepted by the Office of Children & Family Services toward participants' 15 hour annual requirements.
