Our CEO & Principal Trainer, Rhya Jerrold, J.D., M.S.Ed., Ph.D., has decades of experience in the early childhood and elementary education fields, as both a teacher and an administrator, as well as a diverse legal background as an NYS admitted attorney.  Dr. Jerrold is also a certified family mediator, a NYS Level 3 T-TAP (Training & Technical Assistance Professional) Credentialed Trainer, and a NYS Credentialed Coach for Teachers and Leaders in both Early Childhood and School-Age settings.  

TLC is happy to work collaboratively with New York Works for Children‘s Aspire Registry, New York’s Educational Incentive Program (EIP), the New York State Office for Children & Family Services (O.C.F.S.), and/or QUALITYstarsNY to meet the needs of your program, from registry reporting to funding applications.  Please let us know how we can help.
